Investors in People
We are pleased to announce that Huntingdon again met the standards required to be awarded the Investors in People's quality mark on 11th November 2016. This is the 6th consecutive time the school has achieved the standard since it was first awarded in 2001. The successful accreditation against the Investors in People standard is a sign that Huntingdon is a great place to work with a clear drive for continuous improvement, where employees are valued and there is a clear commitment to sustainability to ensure the school continues to deliver high quality education.
Congratulations to Rebecca Hyder, our Leader of Inclusion, on being appointed as an Advanced Designated Safeguarding Lead to Nottingham City Safeguarding Children’s Board. This means that Rebecca, as well as her work at Huntingdon, will work across the City with other safeguarding leads and help link the work that schools do with Social Care.
Congratulations to Jane Sullivan, our Foundation Stage Leader, who has been designated as a Specialist Leader in Education (SLE) for the early years. Jane will help support other schools in developing their early years provision across the L.E.A.D. Urban Teaching School Alliance as well as her work at Huntingdon.
