⭐ We made the news! ⭐
Yesterday, we were delighted to welcome BBC East Midlands Today, who joined us to film and interview our amazing volunteers hard at work developing the Huntingdon Allotment 🌱📺
A huge thank you to every one of our fabulous volunteers — your dedication is helping bring this space to life. We can’t wait to see the allotment continue to grow and the positive impact it will have on our pupils, giving them the chance to connect with nature, grow their own produce, and enjoy learning outdoors.
Watch this space… exciting things are still to come! 💚🌿

A huge thank you to @lee.coates86 and @susan.coates for rallying the troops and bringing together such an incredible number of volunteers for our school.
Like so many staff at Huntingdon Academy, Ian always went the extra mile to make a real difference in children’s lives, bringing joy and laughter to the school. It’s truly special to now be working alongside his son and sister as we continue that legacy and make a lasting impact on young people.

A heartfelt Thank you to @influence__ltd for giving us Sam for the day and his wonderful doggy helper ‘Parson’ 🐾. They were absolutely fabulous and we couldn’t have done it without them.

We are very sad to be saying a fond farewell to Miss Connelly, who has been teaching Class 5R while Miss Taylor has been recovering from her operation. She has done a truly wonderful job and will be greatly missed by both the children and staff!
At the same time, we are delighted to be welcoming Miss Taylor back after the half term and look forward to her return 😊

The children are loving the body boards!
They have been incredibly creative, transforming them into dodgems, racing cars and even imaginary animals!
It’s been wonderful to watch their ideas come to life through play. Not only are the boards great fun but they also encourage collaboration and support the development of gross motor skills, helping to build strength, balance and coordination in an engaging and playful way!
